Our design exemplifies the grandeur of the Saudi Kingdom through impressive scale & forms, rich, modern textures and materials tied to traditional legacy, in a lush environment that takes advantage of its tropical setting.
The various buildings of the complex are designed to convey a mass and solidity upon approach, splitting apart to form welcoming entrances. A large shade canopy defines processional entrances through these rifts, the mass slowly dissolving, leading to central courtyards. Generous glazing fronts these shaded, lushly landscaped courtyards, merging inside and out. On the more private northern sides of the building, views of the sea are experienced from platforms and decks that float within the jungle canopy.
